Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request for an exchange or refund. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days with your order number and we will guide you from there. All products must be sealed and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, which will have no expiry date. Strictly no cash refunds will be provided.
Items that have already been opened and used will not be eligible for refunds even if returned. Unless in the case of defects or wrong items, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping provider.
Please note that items bought on sale will NOT be eligible for return. Any store credits issued will match the amount paid and you will not be able to recover any reward points or promo codes used.
What if I receive a wrong or defective product?
If you have received a wrong or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make things right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled if we have not shipped out your product yet. Do contact us as soon as possible so that we can work something out for you.
I entered the wrong address. Help!
Don't worry! Simply email us as soon as possible with your order number, the correct address and your mobile number so that we can get our delivery provider to assist you.
