Where are your products made?
All our products are made with the latest skincare technology and active ingredients from Japan.
Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to get my orders?
For local orders, it will take 2-4 working days. For international orders, it usually takes 1-2 weeks. You can click here for more info.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be sent a shipment email with your tracking number, once your parcel has been shipped.
Do I have to pay import taxes and custom fees?
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on import taxes and custom fees since it depends on your country. While not all countries will have to pay fees, we advise you to check with your local post office on the fees that may be incurred. Rooki will not be responsible for the fees and no refund will be issued.
Do you test on animals?
Nope. Our products are 100% cruelty-free. We get #TeamRooki to test it first, so that it's perfect once it reaches your hands.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Our superfoods are sourced from all over the planet, from deep within the Amazonian rainforest to specialty farms in Japan. This is because we want to make sure that you are getting the best there is!
Is Rooki safe for sensitive skin?
Of course! We try our best to deliver great results with minimum irritancy, and this includes leaving out endocrine-disrupting preservatives like parabens and barrier-destroying agents like sulfates, because the people here want the best for your skin. But YMMV (your mileage may vary) so we always recommend patch testing if you are unsure.
Is Rooki fragrance-free?
Yeah, we absolutely cannot stand skincare that smells like your grandmother's perfume. The blends in our skincare are not artificial but from our unique blend of nature - super fruits, berries, greens, roots, herbs, flowers and mushrooms.
Is Rooki safe for pregnancy?
Yes, but we still recommend consulting your doctor regarding this.
How can I keep my products fresh?
Store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. This will help preserve the potency and nutritional integrity of our product.
When will you be launching new products?
Rooki is a work in progress, and will always be. It has always been our intention to create products that are purposeful - ones that you'll reach for everyday. Although we cannot reveal them yet, we do have a number of products in our pipeline that we would love to share with you when the time is ripe.
